Herb Products
Important Notice: We are Strictly Prohibited from sending Herb Products to countries other than the UK or EEU Countries. Due to new FDA & Customs Regulations we cannot export Herbs to the USA or Canada. We are allowed to send resins to the USA and Canada, but not herbs. If in doubt please contact us for advice before ordering.
Warning: All herbs are for ritual / spell-craft use only. They are not sold for any form of medicinal purpose and you must not assume they are of a culinary grade. They should not under any circumstances be ingested in any form or by any means.
Personalised Wishing Boxes and Poems
Should you require a different style of Wishing Box, want us to write you a special poem or need your Wishing Box within 14 days Please email before making your purchase.
- Personalisation of our Wishing Boxes is now Free of charge. This will be on a gift card matching the verse card. If we do not receive an Email instruction to personalise the Wishing Box within 48 hrs of purchase we will assume no extra personalisation is required and make the box as illustrated.
- Buyers should email any special requirements (i.e colour choice, occasion or personalisation) as soon as possible after the sale. Email using the contact page, we will then ask you for confirmation via Email before starting work on your box. If no instructions are received within 48 hours of the sale, we will assume you want the box as illustrated.
- Made to order Goods will be dispatched within 28 days of payment.
- We will do everything possible to deliver any special items by the date required, please Email to check if this is possible before purchase.
- IMPORTANT Please note : All our CRYSTAL GIFT Wishing Boxes are ornamental and meant to be given as a keepsake. They should not be given to a baby or child as a toy. They may become chipped or broken if not handled with care. If given as a Baby gift for a Christening etc., Please make the parents aware of this fact. We cannot be held responsible for inappropriate use of any items purchased from our site.
- All goods are well packed and checked prior to dispatch. If you are not happy with any item you may return the goods within 14 days for a refund. Only the Sale price will be refunded. Postage costs are non-refundable.
- Please be aware that I own the copyright to all my poems and verses, they may not be copied or part copied in any way without my permission.
- Should you require any poem or verse to be printed in a different format, Please ask, we will be happy to look into any options for you.
