Our Personalised items are hand made to order, please email your personalisation details when ordering. Should you need your Personalised item/s for a specific date please email first to check that this is possible, we will do all we can to ensure you have your item/s in time.
In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you, we will refund you in full or send you an identical order.
